Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Student
As a student of the Sydney Campus of Curtin University of Technology, you are part of the Curtin community and as such, have certain rights and responsibilities as articulated in University policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
Note: The Law of New South Wales applies within the State of New South Wales. Curtin Policies and Procedures will apply to staff and students at the Curtin Sydney Campus. Where there is an inconsistency between a policy of Curtin and the laws of New South Wales, the laws of New South Wales will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
